Taking a ride in the convertible!!

Hey Vivian!  I just wanted to give you a little update about Cooper.  He is doing great and everyone LOVES him to death!  He went through puppy classes and has done quite well.  He loves to take walks, and especially loves riding in the car.  We took him to Knoebels (an amusement park) to get him used to crowds and people and he did just fine.  He still enjoys the little toy you sent him home with and carries it around often.  I believe John sent you a picture of him riding in the convertable.  I have some more cute ones and will be sending some to you soon.  You can feel free to email me on my email also.

    Thanks again,
    John and Ashley

Hey vivian,  cooper is doing great, 45 lbs already at his 15 week date. We are going to a puppy training class every saturday and making great progress, sit, paw, lay, stay, come, heel. I never seen a dog sit down and watch TV for up to a half hour at a time, but he seems to understand what we are watching and enjoys it. This evening he would not leave alone  the toy that he brought home from you, so I took a picture and thought I'd send it to you.
He also loves going for rides, especially in the convertibles and boats.
Thanks and we will keep you updated as he grows.
We are debating another once cooper is about a year old and trained more, so keep us updated on the next breeding.

He doing well. And He is loving life. Ride home was great. He doesn't seem to be scared of anything and gets along with all. He is a loud snorer and its hilarious and I'm sure it will be extremely loud when he is bigger. He seems to be looking for food more than 3 times a day and he gets 2 cups 3 times a day.
He only went pee in the house once, other times he gives a little bark while at the door and looks back at us, so I am extremely happy about that but know that may change.
I will send you some pictures when he get bigger.
    Thanks for everything.

Hi Vivian!  I just wanted to give you a quick update and send a couple pictures.  Tait is doing awesome, and we LOVE him!  He is such a good boy and is starting to learn all his commands like sit, down, etc.  We love it because when we tell him to sit, he tries to look for something high to sit on instead of the ground, and he'll sit his butt on the edge of a chair or on top of whoever is sitting on the ground.  Potty training is going awesome.  I can't remember the last time he had an accident!  I hope you guys are doing great and you're enjoying your summer!

    Hi Vivian!
You can absolutely use us as a reference!  We've already told a lot of people about you and given out your website to a couple who is looking for a Dane.  He is doing so well - we've been practicing the heel, sit, and stay commands, and he is already getting the hang of it.  He just trots around right next to us when he's on the leash!  He's also doing quite well potty training.  He has an accident every few days maybe, but he has NEVER pooped in the house, which we think is outstanding!  He also loves his crate, which we moved to the nice cool basement after a few days of sleeping in our room.  If he's really tired, he makes his way down there and goes right in without us even saying anything.  It's already his oasis!  We'll keep you updated and keep the pictures coming, and you are ALWAYS welcome to come see us if you're ever in the area!

    Hi Vivian!
I'm so sorry it's taken me so long to write you back, but we've had such a busy week!  I'm soooo happy to tell you that Niki seems to have gotten over her little "episode" and seems to be doing just fine.  I don't know what in the world happened, but everything seems great now!  We are absolutely in love with Tait.  We signed him up for puppy obedience classes and he had his first one today.  He did so well and is so calm compared to all the other crazy puppies.  The greatest part is that the trainer owns two danes himself, and he's so excited to have Tait in the class.  Tait is seriously the best dog ever.  He is the talk of our neighborhood because he's so calm and well behaved.  He sits by my side as soon as he sees another dog coming and lets them come up and sniff him and check him out without even flinching!  We've even had people ask us if we already had him trained!  He's definitely not short on love and attention seeing as everywhere we go people are oooing and ahing over him!  So we just want to say thanks again for giving us this awesome little guy, and he already fits perfectly into our lives!  I'll attach some pics for you to see.  He's already getting bigger!  Feel free to post them on your site and use any of this email on your site as well!

  • Diesel... living with Micha

    • Thomas sitting...

    • Looking around...

    August 20, 2009

The vet said Diesel looked good overall, but is concerned about his hairless spots. He scraped them to check for mange and we are going to go back in 2 weeks to see if there are any improvements. He gave him some antibiotics in case it was a staff infection. He said it might be from laying on hard surfaces, but I don't know how you all kept him. He is inside now, so if it was from hard surfaces, it should clear up soon. He said we could neuter him between 5 and 6 months. So, when we get that taken care of, I will let you know. He is doing great around the house. He knows 'sit' now. We are working on shake. He does beautiful on a leash now and looks forward to his daily walks. He loves chasing crickets. I will keep you posted. We love him so much!

    Hi Vivian,
He is doing really well. He is so good around the girls and is taking to the leash really quickly. He was really good on the ride home. He is not fond of the hard wood and vinyl floors. He slides on them, but is content in the living room on the carpet. He snores so loud at night! He has only had a couple accidents as far as housebreaking is concerned. He looked around and cried for a while the first night, but has been good since then. We are going to call him Diesel. I will keep in touch! Micah
